  1. @Mickdo100 I like active isolated stretching. less damaging... wharton performance has a great set for runners with a DVD, rope, etc.

  3. @RTdanielle09 Hmmm... really not what i was thinking at 4:45 AM. Nearly passed out during the first 1.5. Had to talk myself into it...LOL
  4. Got up at 4:45 AM, ran 5 in 41:19. I am SOOO not a morning person. Now at airport, headed to SFO.
  5. Trying to decide whether I should get up at 5 AM to run or not... (I really don't do anything before 7 AM well...). Headed to CA in the AM

  7. finally got my lazy self on the 'mill for 4 miles. Finished in 32:09, feeling surprisingly good and relaxed.

  13. Another 18 hr. day at work yest'day. Thought I was too dead to run, but actually felt fantastic and refreshed. 4 in 32:29.

  16. 7 miles in 57:10 (8:10 avg. pace), including 10 x 1 minute pickups. Felt really good and surprisingly strong.
  17. Great hilly 5-miler today with 8 pick-ups, then core work. Looking forward to more interesting runs this week.
