  1. Planning for 2010 and 2011. Great to have creative and brilliant minds in the organization.
  2. After 2 meetings and 3 conference calls, I find making progess often comes with a head wind.
  3. Speaking to a pastors is like getting vital intelligence from the front lines. It helps shape your strategy.
  4. I think @soccermomtomnl like her surprises when she returned home from Ohio. I deserve a nap now.
  5. My wife thinks she is pretty smart figuring out her surprise. She doesn't know that is only 1 of 4 surprises. Well, she is still pretty.

  7. Without @soccermomtomnl a ladder is needed to reach the tops of the piles of laundry.
  8. Ladder, trip to store, mower, edger, back in the gargage, another trip to the store, grilled burgers, -Is she worth it? You bet she is.
  9. It is amazing what you can accomplish on a sunny day in November. A couple of surprises for @soccermomtomnl but don't tell her!
  10. My son just passed his drivers test (first time unlike his mother) and now has his drivers license.
  11. Surprises come in all forms but they are best when they come as blessings.
  12. Just because we do not see the blessings does not mean God did not send them.
  13. Good to be back in the office - multiple tasks today but do not assume I will be multi-tasking.
  14. Mentally drained. Thankful for the Randall House board who leads and is not reactive. Good day and now heading home.
  15. Enjoyed seeing friends in North Carolina.

  19. This 23rd Psalm series makes me appreciate my shepherd both heavenly and earthly. Reflecting on the field quality in which I graze.
