  18. @chipthamac Don't know about sending info to Africa, I'm just relating what Symantec's spokesperson is telling me. Could be a PIFTS scammer?
  19. For those interested, PIFTS.exe is a support file that Symantec forgot to sign, so it causes firewall alerts on 2006-2007 Norton products.
