No aero bars, discs, or TT helmets not approved for mass start for collegiate riders makes sense. Allow clip-ons. Good to go.

Clip-ons would allow TT to remain consistent w/ current UCI rules regarding TT, eliminates safety issues, saves teams lots of $.

If USAC hellbent on saving costs for collegiate racers, they should allow clip-on bars so it still resembles the same event somewhat.
