  9. Completed my first half marathon in 1 hour 53. Glad I managed it under 2 hours
  10. 3 1/2 hours to my first half marathon, so porridge for breakfast!
  11. @DannyCutts the half is on 13th Sept so not long. Everything else is as good as expected I suppose :-)
  12. @DannyCutts pretty good, I did 8 miles at 7 1/2 mintues per mile the other day. Got the 1/2 marathon soon :-)

  14. Some a***hole has nicked my shampoo, deodorant and shower gel whilst I was out running. Someone probably thinks it's funny! I don't!!!!!

  16. @RichLovelock it was a bit ropey, decided to give it a miss. Seen a nice Saab turbo that I'll ring about today.

  19. Just worked out that the 7.3 mile run I did earlier was sub 8 mintue miles, think that's the best pace I've had for a while
