  3. was accepted as a 'non-degree auditor' in the Doctor of Ministry program at Fuller. Here we go again...

  5. had a fantastic day: Bible study, pledge commitment service, Thanksgiving potluck, and 4 hours in a pub with a great group of volunteers.
  6. is ready for the adult Bible study and for preaching today...trying not to look ahead to the big Thanksgiving feast after the service.
  7. Tonight, it's a belated dinner with friends for Julie's birthday. Tomorrow, it's a Thanksgiving Potluck at the church. Life is good.
  8. spent the day with Ian, walking through Camden Town, dropping off turkeys, picking up a ham, and going all over London on a bus.

  11. is near the edge of the Thanksgiving spirit...trying to keep my focus on being thankful for Christ's mercy as we eat our way into oblivion.
  12. is sore from schlepping three frozen turkeys across town. It's quite possible I wouldn't survive if I really had to hunt for my food...

  14. is hunting turkeys in Central London. No gun, just a bus for tracking, rousting and the kill. Wish me luck.

  16. is headed to a church budget meeting. We're getting better at seeing the integral role our work plays in the witness of this congregation.

  20. is proud of his alma mater, Burbank High School, for defeating our crosstown rivals to win the league championship. Way to go, Bulldogs!
