  1. @fbon Vous devez commencer à comprendre la chanson célèbre de Gilles Vigneault: "Mon pays, ce n'est pas un pays, c'est l'hiver..."
  2. @lesleychestrman I'm sure there is. But there's a lot of suppliers who are poised to look a fair amount of money. I know this first hand.
  3. RT @FakeAPStylebook: Depending on the situation, sometimes you will want a conjunction, and sometimes you'll just want to cuddle.
  4. @nivuniconnu Ça finit pas mal, c't'histoire là?
  5. "I've been searching low and high". That's my workday, in a nutshell. ♫ http://blip.fm/~hscqs
  6. Song's been sticking in my mind since I watched Julie and Julia. ♫ http://blip.fm/~hscfe
  7. @movichile Found a trove of small Chilean produers through @movichile. Includes Gillmore, that @vinography liked so much.
  8. Sounds That Were Made for the Christmas Season - http://bit.ly/7o2wdr <-- Solide critique des Violons du Roy dans le NY Times.
  9. @mclortie Aquavit vraiment intéressant. Vaut la peine juste pour sa recette de vinaigre 1-2-3. Mes betteraves marinées, tellement meilleures
  10. @smuttysteff Apparently, investing in the awesomest toilet ever made would be good, too. ;-)
  11. @mclortie Charcuterie par @ruhlman. Et le livre de recettes d'Aquavit par Marcus Samuelsson. Mais anyway, j'improvise tout le temps.
  12. @BARBOULUD 25 wines by the glass makes for a lot of bottles. One more case where corked wines are well below the 8-10% estimates we hear.
  13. @palatepress Let me finish the Canada Dry piece (almost there). Reviews will follow from there.
  14. Something really great happened w pinot in PEC in 2007. Long Dog's Otto pinot also excellent. Solid, structured w/o tannins of Niagara PNs.
  15. Closson Chase pinot is spicy, toasty, w/ dark cherry & spices, a little toasty, smoky, good structur, lovely acid levels that keep it fresh
  16. had a 2007 Closson Chase Vineyard Pinot Noir VQA Prince Edward County with that Julia-Child-buttered roast chicken. Delicious in both cases.
  17. @BARBOULUD So that's 40 bottles in 30 days. How many bottles do you serve over the 30 day period? Or even on a single day?
  18. RT @cfd Grosse Boîte offre les partitions de l'album éponyme de Coeur de Pirate http://bit.ly/8NLqKM (via @LeCercleQc)
  19. @chrisbutts Just don't start cooking those raw files.
  20. @1WineDudeReview I've never met a Smith-Madrone I didn't like.
