@ Either use a baster, lg spoon or ladle 2 pick up turkey juices in bottom of roaster/pan and spoon over turkey. Browns it nice.

Din. in 1/2 an hour ! I forgot potatoes, olives, cranberries and pie or desert. So, mashed sweet potatoes, dried cranberries in stuff.
