  1. What a great day for a run! If you can you should. If you can't you should plan the next one when you can. Live life.
  2. Midway Utah. Thanksgiving morning 9am. 5K at town center. Entry fee = canned food for the food bank. You and I have much to be thankful for.
  3. The satisfaction after a run always exceeds the effort required to get out on the run. In running or life - get out there and run!
  4. How is your "core" strength? One key to running and happiness is strength in your core. Do some sit-ups and a good turn. You'll be stronger!
  5. Finished my 22nd consecutive St. George Marathon today. It was a perfect day for running. It hurt so good.
  6. The fall colors are spectacular this year. They are the most spectacular when YOU are out walking or running on a trail with them. Go!
  7. The fall is a great time to get out and run. Don't put it off, just go get some endorphin's moving through your system. Life is good.
  8. In life and in running, you'll train harder, do better, & have more fun, with quality partners. Run with folks who are better than you.
