  8. @annereed Thanks for the RT re patent issues being slow to reach SCOTUS b/c no circuit splits. Your question was very perceptive.
  9. @annereed The lag is huge. One of the (very few) probs with having one circuit. Lacking circuit splits slows flow of cases to SCOTUS.
  10. @annereed Also, Fed Cir's last major patentability op was 10 yrs ago (State Street). It didn't get to SCt (not sure if cert was sought).
  11. @annereed S.Ct. didn't deal with patentability earlier b/c of increasing prominence of biz meth & software pat enforcement over last 10 yrs.
