  1. Very cool. Free Internet in the Tampa airport.
  2. I'm done with Daniel. Had an amazing week with the students. Time to head for home.
  3. Just posted a new blog entry: "Terrific Time in Florida." http://bit.ly/2CBBZu
  4. @tdphilli Thanks, Tom. Great to see you. Praying you'll have a ton of good conversations at the conference.
  5. @mk2ZA Thanks! Glad you are enjoying the class. I'm having a blast this week.
  6. I went to bed thinking about the "70 weeks" of Daniel 9 and how to explain it to the students. No wonder I tossed and turned all night.
  7. Working on three lectures for this morning from Daniel 6-9: "The Lions in Daniel's Den," "Animal Parade," and "Goats 1, Rams 0."
  8. A young man said, "Before this, I thought Daniel was just a bunch of Bible stories. Now I can't wait to study it myself." Gotta love that.
  9. Just finished Daniel 4-5 with the students. Belshazzar should have known better.
  10. @prfaulkner I had fun with PP yesterday. Still figuring it out. Got a really good group of students so that makes it fun.
  11. Harry Bollback is amazing in every way.
  12. Harry spoke on "How to Keep on Keeping on" from 2 Timothy 2. Full of life and humor and stories from his 68 years with Word of Life.
  13. Then I'm covering Daniel 3-5 in two lectures, "A Time to Disobey" and "A Tale of Two Kings."
  14. Up early so I can hear Harry Bollback speak in chapel this morning.
  15. The biggest achievement is that I actually used PowerPoint for the first time today. Okay, that's not big but it's something.
  16. Just posted a new podcast called "The wind blows wherever it wills." http://bit.ly/coLef
  17. Day 1 of Daniel is done. Had a blast because the students were eager to learn and fun to teach
  18. Heading out the door. My first Daniel session starts in 30 minutes. Prayers appreciated.
  19. Tonight I'm working on my notes for my first two lectures on Daniel.
  20. Definitely not sweater weather.
