  12. Just finished sign waiving in downtown at Square Corner. Great response from passers by. Spoke with a lot of people walking downtown.
  13. Voter Notification cards with information regarding the new City precincts and polling locations were mailed recently to City voters
  14. The November General Election is open to all City voters, regardless of party affiliation
  15. The City Primary Election is open only to those registered with either the Democratic or Republican parties.
  16. You may also register at the Board of Elections, Winchester Hall, 12 E. Church Street, Frederick, Mon. through Fri 7:30am to 4:00pm
  17. Applications are available in County libraries, the MVA, FCC, ounty Courthouse, U.S. Post Offices.
  18. Voter registration applications may be obtained by calling the Board of Elections until Tuesday, August 11.
  19. To become a registered voter, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Frederick City, and be at least 18 years old on September 15, 2009
