  1. Coming down with something and want to crawl into a cave. Unfortunately, demanding children preclude this.
  2. There's something to be said for gaining a reputation. People listen to you more, even though your words are no more valid than before.
  3. After doing poorly on it's "Don't be evil" policy recently, Google is definitely doing better by releasing more open source libraries.

  15. It STILL bugs me when people say YARS chose that indexing scheme first, when we built it in 2000 and published *before* YARS :-( #iswc2009

  19. @danbri yes, but OWL constructs are usually read in before being processed, since the structures in RDF aren't natural for OWL
