  5. @GlennHalstead I like. Altho this system for entering time is so slow and cumbersome, it gives us more time to agonize.

  7. Anyone else find time tracking systems to be more debilitating than helpful? It is like a monster that I must feed just right or get eaten.

  15. @lanettecream I've found all pairs has helped us make doing poor testing easier. :) Problem wasn't in selecting combinations.
  16. @shrinik If manager expects to manage any testing primarily with testcase status they fail to understand testing and software and people.
  17. @shrinik If manager expects testcase pass/fail status with ET they fail to understand ET.
  18. @shrinik Someone should coach the testers. Doesn't necessarily need to be the manager of people. ET or not, many fail to build testing skill
  19. @shrinik Agreed. Don't blindly do anything. Doing things blindly often seems to tempting when marketed as a magic solution.
