  1. After 8 chapbooks, poet Howie Good finally has a full-length book: http://ur1.ca/cavk
  2. Welcome to Cerise Press, a very impressive new online journal with a special focus on French and Francophone works: http://ur1.ca/c5z5
  3. Dont miss Dale Favier's great essay on the state of poetry, which turns traditional assessments on their head. http://ur1.ca/c2op
  4. @AllanCoxcom Yes, that was no ordinary blurb!
  5. Wendy Vardaman's first book is now out: http://ur1.ca/byxq Nice to see a widely published poet taking her time with her first collection.
  6. Qarrtsiluni contributor Richard Garcia has a new chapbook of prose poems, Chickenhead, out from Foothills Publishing. http://ur1.ca/bw7y
  7. *A Walk Through the Memory Palace* is now on Amazon.com, http://ur1.ca/btg8 This is the cheapest way to get it outside the U.S.
  8. @ranaverde Us too. Thanks! Only problem is that @qarrtsilunifeed is a little long to RT. Probably should've opted for @qarrtsfeed. Oh well.
  9. Thanks to @ranaverde for the idea. Yes, non-automated would be better, but our daily posting procedure already involves too many steps.
  10. O.K., we have set up a new account for automated posts of qarrtsiluni links: @qarrtsilunifeed Tomorrow we'll get to see how it works.
  11. @goldfinsch @ranaverde @canislatrans It is an excellent suggestion, except inasmuch as it involves more work for Dave. :)
  12. @canislatrans It's always sad to see people adopt sub-optimal technologies en masse. But maybe Google Wave will be the next online fad.
  13. @canislatrans @DBrookshire has an interesting compromise suggestion: list latest authors every few days w/general link.
  14. @canislatrans Yeah, but at least four people who have been following us for a while *would* be annoyed. That's what I want to avoid.
  15. @canislatrans Good point. PR strategies based on the assumption that it's O.K. to annoy some of your supporters seem misguided too, though.
  16. @nancygandhi @porousborders Thanks for the feedback.
  17. @DBrookshire Hmm, interesting suggestion. Might even be able to do a weekly rundown, tho that wd probably restrict us to last names.
  18. Our position is that people need to learn how to use a feed reader, for crying out loud. We can post a tutorial if necessary.
  19. Other magazines (and some bloggers) use Twitter and Identica to share links to every new post. Should qarrtsiluni do the same?
  20. Take "A Walk Through the Memory Palace" with Pamela Johnson Parker -- Qarrtsiluni's fabulous first chapbook: http://ur1.ca/bnpi
