  1. Vendor on site tying up loose ends
  2. we are on-site and have resumed our quest to clear up a few minor troubles
  3. voice mail is back, but there are a few troubles that will be addressed in the morning.
  4. we are in the testing phase, testing the ability to transfer, conference, etc
  5. It will be a few more hours before voice mail is restored
  6. extensions on north end of campus are live again ... all ability to make and receive phone calls has been restored ...
  7. extensions on south end of campus are live again (Lamson, Boyd, Belknap, etc)
  8. incoming calls to full 535 exchange have returned
  9. calls to main campus number are routing to campus again
  10. Campus extensions that route through our Speare location are back in service, including campus 911 service. Incoming calls will resume soon.
  11. some dial tone beginning to return, but it isn't stable just yet
  12. service provider FINALLY has redirected all calls coming into Plymouth State to our greeting message at UNH.
