One of the challenges of BHC work is the volume which leads to lots of notes and extra work. At 8 min per SOAP note, 16 patients= 2+hrs.

Everytime. That's the beauty of working in primary care- we can get this done right away. Usually we start SSRIs imm. since these are rare.

PCPs referred 2 OCD cases, 1 a child. Protocol for a first consult usually includes med education, relaxation training, response prevention.
