  8. Sometimes you just have to speak your mind or you'll implode. Breathe deep, focus on the facts and don't 'label' their behavior.
  9. bought a weight set. Lifting weights reconnects me to my body, which is always in the present. By the 12th rep, my mind is present too!
  10. Did any child ever grow up to be successful without being pushed at some level? I doubt it. Give thanks for the 'pusher' in your life.
  11. you can discipline yourself (self-discipline) if you notice what triggers bad habits and cut them out. ie coffee = cigarettes for example
