  1. #fronteers09 was a special event, gr8 ppl. Still mulling over JS security from Douglas Crockford's talk, and @jeresig's testswarm. Thx @ppk
  2. Great first day at #fronteers09. Some thoughtful sessions and inspiring conversations.
  3. @roshnii - happy anniversary, hun. There'll be fireworks tonight, in our honour x
  4. @Roshnii @BNslingbabies - it'll be innocent blue leg-warmers today, and an outrageous man-perm next week, mark my words...
  5. @Roy - yes, at the round table, near the old candelabra... #fronteers09
  6. At Kobalt. #fronteers09
  7. Cold and wet. And enjoying Amsterdam. #fronteers09
  8. Getting ready for @fronteers09 - looking forward to the JavaScripting satsaunga...
  9. @emmalwallace @KarenGardham, thx. Alas, I went ahead and booked the flight. Coach is fine, but I love trains - just not the stiff price tag.
  10. @fronteers09 - I arrive in the 'Dam midday on Weds. Would be great to meet up with folks.
  11. Ridiculous. £320 to get a train from London to Amsterdam. £100 to fly.
  12. Ach. The Eurostar website is hopeless for actually planning or booking a journey. Come on, guys, if you want to encourage people not to fly.
  13. @j4mie - that's the next project...
  14. @BrightonArgusJo - did you know is the opening day for the Brighton BubHub? - http://bubhub.org (set up by @roshnii et al)
  15. Time to turn heating on for the winter...
  16. Oh. Programmatically-created iframes lose their content on removal from the DOM. Who'd have thought? (Who cares?, you may ask)
  17. @38_degrees Well done on the campaign. Would be good to link to http://1010uk.org on the page, so that people understand what it's about.
  18. Off to see the animals and apples of Middle Farm.
  19. @brucel I'm thinking of UWA-created widgets for Opera. There *was* a title bar, so I guess that was the browser, tho it was pretty minimal.
  20. @brucel I thought Opera widgets could already be run independent of the browser, with Opera 9. No?
