@ Look again. Mass Contact can send messages to smaller groups, and could probably be modified to do some kind of mail merge.

@ Yes, delete all the tables. When you go to your site's home page, it should run the installer again, which will make tables.

@ If you also want to delete your categories, tags, pages, etc. just wipe out the database and run the install script again.

@ If you want to feed continously, you need a plugin, like FeedWordPress (haven't used it in quite a while, but it used to work OK).

@ What @ suggested only does a one-time import from RSS feed into WordPress - doesn't follow an RSS feed continuously.
