  1. @mantia hmm wonder if Nice List is too now?
  2. @Steaps really good in a comically bad way? The trailer looks horrific.
  3. 2012 looks hilarious.
  4. @drbarnard certain classes of apps fit best as web apps, others as native. I don't agree all apps should be web apps, or vice versa.
  5. @drbarnard cappuccino / Objective-J is where it's at. Literally cocoa for the web, it's unlike anything the web's seen before.
  6. @majicDave not all, just the majority that exist today suck :-) There's an excellent case for certain types of app to be web based.
  7. I had to verify this for myself: http://www.slate.com/id/223... Sure enough: http://yfrog.com/j6yg4qj And look at the result count.
  8. ok, this is hilarious: http://bit.ly/1BfESn (via @tolmasky)
  9. All the App Store did was replaced a crap system with a less crap system. I want a good system. To shut up and put up would be wrong.
  10. @jeff148apps now you know you've made it :-) Congrats!
  11. @nevenmrgan Google never cease to amuse me :-)
  12. @mitch_olson honestly, even then it's high risk. The breakup advice is good, if it's going to happen best it does sooner rather than later.
  13. @Arclite ;-) it was a subtle pun
  14. Queue the lawyers http://bit.ly/3jwGir
  15. @lilwhitebear whether it's enough to leave the platform is a very individual decision. If there are more fun ways to make more money...
  16. @lilwhitebear @mmartel meh, to some the trouble isn't worth it, to others it is. Most don't dispute the problems exist though :-) hardly FUD
  17. @SenorDanimal i've toured some huge Mills in indonesia. Quite impressive. The forests they grow grow unbelievably quickly.
  18. @majicDave they should be growing trees for paper bags. Using paper is very environmentally friendly, despite what green hippies say.
  19. @majicDave that plastic is a byproduct of the oil industry anyway. Whether you use them or not the plastic is created.
  20. ZFS is just magical!
