@shin1201 議会の場合、バランスは難しい事だね。下院で新しい政策は一日中ずっと作れるけど強いバランスがあれば動かない。不均衡より停頓の方が悪そうと思う。その上、次回から議会はもう少し多様化されるかも知れない。新しい統治能力の時代になってるので、何が起こるかわからない。8:14 AM Aug 31stfrom web
