  1. All the veggies are bought - just the presents to wrap; 20lb beast to get in the oven - I guess the 20mins per pound + 20 mins doesn't apply
  2. RT @JohnBruggeman: accellera votes to make #OVM the base for #UVM standard. OVM=UVM. Congrats to #CDNS and #MENT! Job well done. http:// ...
  3. @GordonAllan did you drive all the way? Hope the final leg of your journey is a safe one.
  4. @jlgray re guest blogging: which is better: posts on your own blog or doing guest posts on other blogs? Just curious
  5. http://www.cadence.com is still down after almost 24 hours #EDA
  6. @jlgray by those #DVcon2010 guidelines, coolverification.com doesn't qualify anymore (since it's less than 1 post per month now).
  7. @_DavidLin @teamspecman cadence.com is still down ... microsoft sharepoint messages were in the error page yesterday - a coincidence?
  8. RT @greenforyou: An hard to bust argument on climate change and the consequences of how we react to it. #green http://bit.ly/8EGy7g
  9. @teamspecman @stevebr ... now the cadence blog database engine has died :( is this the twitter equivalent of slashdotting?
  10. RT @raysalemi: Generate wine tasting notes. Silly Tasting Note Generator. http://bit.ly/7wp59L
  11. @yaron_think_ver I've used 1and1.com for several years and have found it does everything I need, including ssh access too
  12. Looking forward to seeing Royal Pyrotechnie in the Telus Feux sur Glace festival in Old Montreal tonight #fireworks http://bit.ly/7a9ISQ
  13. @jlgray http://www.languages.ait.ac.th/el21abst.htm gives details on how to write abstracts and contrasts them with introductions
  14. @jlgray No - the abstract really should be a precis of the entire paper, not just the intro
  15. @silly_imp did you try that cider? Any idea what % alcohol content it is? If it is pub style it should be around 4-6% designed for pints :)
  16. @raysalemi me too - I have v4 on an old 286DX66 laptop that works great plus more recent versions on newer machines too - can't beat it
  17. @raysalemi friends don't let friends use word for writing anything more than a 1 page memo to their boss ;)
  18. @raysalemi enjoy the crystal clarity of it and breath it in deeply - you won't find cleaner air :) It is pretty cold though -20C/-4F here
  19. @karenbartleson that's good to hear since 93 mega lines of code is rather a lot ;)
  20. @karenbartleson let's hope the bug rate is less than the standard 1 per 1000 lines of code ... though that is for unreleased code I think :)
