  1. Sitting down at Steak 'n Shake in Tallahassee on the way back to NOLA. #fb http://twitpic.com/r6pku
  2. At a rest area about 1 hour West of Tallahassee. On the way to spend Thanksgiving w/ family. Hopefully just 2 hours left on the drive. #fb
  3. @thinkwritemute unless u setup accessors instance vars r preceded by @, class vars r preceded by @@. Beyond that u have to know ur scope.
  4. Got mod_security issues dealt with so now my Drupal instance is up to date. Back to work. #fb #in
  5. @JamesPerry2010 starts talking about substance by laying out his crime-fighting plan: http://bit.ly/74Ri19
  6. @imonk stale DNS, may be your ISP overzealously caching. You could try flushing your local DNS cache if you aren't afraid of Terminal.
  7. @SquidDLane unfortunately it's not my server to manage. I like the idea but prefer other solutions.
  8. Banging on a Drupal install and trying to upgrade some modules only to be thwarted by mod_security. Now waiting on the sysadmin. #fb #in
  9. RT @tomascol: I am much more concerned about getting Christ back into the church than I am about getting Him into Christmas (via @dhewers)
  10. It's nice when your opponents make your ads so easy to write - @JamesPerry2010's new web ad: http://bit.ly/514ixc
  11. @bellware As a Rubyist forced to work w/ an all MS IIS deployment, I've been testing IronRuby for a few months. I like what is being done.
  12. @thinkwritemute I don't care about the commenters though. Most internet comment threads draw cranks of all sorts.
  13. @thinkwritemute I think this is probably the most even handed response to the mess that I've read so far: http://is.gd/52LuT
  14. @thinkwritemute Even w/o fraud, it's still embarrassing for those involved. With something as high stakes as GW perceptions matters.
  15. @champsuperstar at least I'm not a fan of Palin. I just can't unplug my brain long enough for her to make sense.
  16. @champsuperstar then I should be good until around the 2012 cycle...
  17. @champsuperstar so, as long as I don't get mouthy, am I safe? :-)
  18. @robschafer We're doing a great thing for urban asthmatics by reducing pollution on the whole. Never mind safer food and such too.
  19. @robschafer I tend to be skeptical of the "doomsday" claims of GW advocates. But, I think many of the recommended actions are good ideas.
  20. @robschafer I'm sure cherry-picking is happening & many of the comments are innocuous. Even with that, this looks pretty embarrassing.
