  16. Kyle: USF needs to be reined in. More competition now. Maybe USF needs to apply to broadband. Bring into 21st Century. Help unserved areas.
  17. @agfhome is asking about USF reform and how that might fit in.
  18. We've talked to FCC & NTIA about whether stim funds could be used for computers. Not clear yet. School districts would be ones to apply.
  19. Kyle: Program is 2-year pilot. See if we can drive broadband adoption. Lots of unanswered questions.
