  2. @cageyjames agreed :-)
  3. @cageyjames Allright. So do you know where Google gets its oblique images? Haven't seen a copyright notice.

  8. RT @atebits: Tweetie 2.1 approved!! Lists, geotagging, native retweets and more. Should show up on the App Store in a matter of hours.
  9. And of course there is also WorldPeaks in the App Store, http://www.peaks-app.ch (no link to the app yet). No GIS service there, though.

  13. UK's model for freeing map data: scale 1:10'000 and above is available. Great! Will this ever happen in CH? http://bit.ly/nOJp1
  14. A classic problem in AI and Computer Vision: "Recognition of chairs". Google's "image swirl" delivers: http://bit.ly/1PMMrG
  15. Cool: you can twittercheck wether your Swiss train car has an A/C plug: @SBBPlugnCharge. Wondering about their database. Open? Mashable?

  19. @brycej Yes, I switched: Evernote can do a lot more than Delicious and I have only one tool to deal with. Bonus: capture+find complete pages
  20. @albuvee Dropbox sieht schön und elegant aus. Ich bleibe aber bei meinem hässlichen Entlein Evernote. Passt besser zu meinen Use Cases.
