  1. Breakfast at the diner with Noah: scrambled egg and 1/2 English muffin while Noah had Belgian waffle.
  2. Planning ahead: going to Starbucks with Noah so I only had yogurt and fruit instead of cereal for breakfast.
  3. I did it. I only ate half the chicken cutlet sandwich, and the other half wrapped to take home. I didn't even grab any of my friends fries.

  5. I'm going to reduce the number of my eating tweets and focus on eating situations that are hard to manage.
  6. Usual breakfast and snack. Lunch is the other half of last nights burrito.
  7. For dinner we went to a Mexican restaurant. Mexican is always a challenge. I ordered one regular size burrito, and took half home.
  8. Breakfast was cereal and strawberries, yogurt snack, small container of leftover chili, broccoli and rice for lunch.
  9. Dinner yesterday was small potion of chili and rice, steamed broccoli, and salad. 70 calorie rice pudding for dessert.
  10. Yesterday was usual cereal breakfast, yogurt and fruit snacks. Lunch was leftover pasta (small portion).
  11. Dinner: Small portion of pasta with pesto, salad, one ounce of wine. Dessert of 70 calorie rice pudding.
  12. Breakfast: cereal, berries, milk. Snack: greek yogurt. Lunch: leftover burger, dumpling. PM snack: apple, orange, banana. At ballgame:hotdog
  13. I made dinner for mother's day: I had 1/2 corn-on-the-cob, hotdog, salad, 1/2 potato dumpling, small knish, water melon, ice cream bar.
  14. Lunch was wierd: greek yogurt, apple and a banana.
  15. Am snack: sugar free pudding and a banana.
  16. Today breakfast was cereal, milk, strawberries; followed later with small amount of oatmeal.
  17. Dinner out: dinner salad and bits of deb's and isabel's meatloaf and steak. A couple oz of wine. Shared dessert.
  18. Pm snack of sugar free rice pudding and sliced banana.
  19. Lunch: steak from last night on small sandwich
  20. Snack: an apple
