  12. @comcastcares no word from the tech since last week, modem still running perfect in Residential mode, No statics, not sure of speed.
  13. @comcastcares Interesting, Modem is still running in what seems residential mode, No Statics or firewalling and Haven't had issues.
  14. @comcastcares Everything was fine on the resdential Linksys modem. Darn needing Static IPs.

  16. @comcastcares While the tech was here it did it, He tried rebooting and reseting the modem. Now I'm on default settings til a new mdm comes
  17. @comcastcares Atleast once a day, All traffic stops on the modem.if you wait 45-60 seconds it recovers and keeps sending. typically I reboot
  18. He'll be back tomorrow or monday with a new modem, Hopefully an SMC one. Netgear works if I don't mind a daily reboot.
  19. Bless his heart theComcast Tech, got me back online with the same modem, just no config so I'm on a blind net connection through the modem.
