  1. Found problems with sympa (lists.fit.edu) and gmail for students. Almost all of the problems are resolved. I love insomnia some nights. -_-
  2. The crowds have returned to Florida Tech, the SUB is a dangerous and busy place. Be cautious.
  3. Long time, no tweet. Recovering log files off crashed server. One log file is 93GB, seriously?!?
  4. When downloading jquery, don't use wget. I spent hours trying to get a simple jquery function to work before noticing the corrupt file.

  6. One of the things I love about gentoo linux, the uptime. Just passed 75 days on my office computer.
  7. Planing on learning Ajax at some point in the next week or so. It's part of my design for sparten and I might as well know what I'm doing.
  8. New IT website rolled out. Looking good.
  9. Too long since I posted. Had to swap the HD in the iMac. Now just setting it back up for coding and basic usage.

  11. My open source web based log viewer has been accepted into sourceforge. Maybe now I will get back to work on it.
  12. And in conclusion, the current gentoo for amd64, pulseaudio, flash nonfree plugin, and VirtualBox, just dont like to get along.
  13. Multi-threading works, there's a problem with VirtualBox on the current gentoo install that other people are also having.
  14. After getting 10.5 installed and updated on the iMac, another challenge has been tossed my way. Multi-threaded audio in linux.
  15. Attempting to upgrade my old iMac G5 to 10.5, it doesn't like that idea.
  16. Listened to security podcasts from last week. No reason to flip out about Conficker. This is why Windows updates are a good thing.
