  1. Weird to work even a short time without source control...commit comments are a diary forcing me to say "this is done, this is next."
  2. Ratio of sequence to class diagrams I whiteboard: 20 to 1. Ratio for actual docs: just 2 to 1. Ratio of whiteboard to docs: 100 to 1.
  3. #PureMVC got me in the habit of using untyped event data, and I'm never going back. Not worth the effort.

  5. Anyone have ideas how to load test flvs in a CDN? Gotta bunch on Rackspace.
  6. The most maddening bugs of all: those that manifest in the player, but not the debug player. Sly, very sly.
  7. #FlexBug Deleting 3+ items from list with allowMultipleSelection->infinite loop bc selection resets get confused. Solution: selectedIndex=0.

  10. In SF for interviews. Where's dinner in East Bay?
  11. @MicahElliott JIT living? Only the interpreted life is worth living?
  12. Eclipse trips on the global flag if you search with regex: styleName="[^"]*"/g. Not obvious. Now to vaporize those inline stylings.
  13. Moving layout from development to production: percent-->absolute.
  14. My screen fills with red words--welcome back, Infinite Loop, my rarely seen but garrulous friend.
  15. @adampasz I still use it, not knowing any better. Should I move over to GoogleReader?
  16. Any advice/resources for doing localization with dynamically constructed fragments: DO+THIS TASK+NOW. Best way to encapsulate grammars?
  17. @MicahElliott Always wondered about that. "Hazardous Materials" for HM makes sense.
  18. #followfriday @gillesguillemin Stopped reading mxna when I started reading this guy's tweets. Convenient.
  19. Scored excellent swag at #pdxria: a duotone red shirt with a superheroish "F" badge on the chest. Also learned some stuff.
  20. RT @dodeja http://mugasha.com/ A site that streams techno sets, created by a couple of brash Portland entrepreneurs.
