  11. @gordonbonnar yes, human beings are terrible at independant events & generating real random sequences. Fact useful when detecting fraud!

  17. @intsystemdesign Someone told me is a lack of maths heritage in Newcastle. I said must be good historical maths in engineering. Any advice?
  18. Did see most of what was introduced as an "exciting sounding talk" on sperm biophysics.
  19. Talk to early career mathematicians at IMA conference went well. Whole conference seems to have gone well, shame I missed it.
  20. Talk at BSRLM went well. Yey! Now on way to Birmingham for IMA Younger Mathematicians Conference where I am speaking later.
