  17. @murfa very cute...I also like a bit of pineapple. Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain which helps digestion and is anti-inflammatory
  18. If you have PCOS and can't lose weight cut out white flour, sugar, artificial sweeteners, MSG, trans-fat and you'll start to lose pounds.
  19. If you are really craving sweets, try a bit of crystallized ginger, dried apricots, organic raisins or juicy fruit - I love pomegranates.
