  1. Just finished Wimba workshop at the uni. Cool software but oh the horror of working in Windows--on a Dell.
  2. Never again do I want to hear a word about Tiger Woods, ok? He slept around: get over it.
  3. Dogs keep barking at a woodpecker banging away on the side of the house. They think he's knocking at the door
  4. Cold and windy here this am. Not looking forward to standing in a freezing barn with a saddle fitter.
  5. It's a veritable monsoon outside. Flynn's pasture is already a mud bath--with this additional rain, well, I can't imagine.
  6. Saddle finally arrived from the UK. Let's hope the damn thing fits: I am tired of saddle hunting.
  7. It's snoooooowing!
  8. Bleary-eyed: awakened at 3.30 a.m. by howling gale outside. Tossed & turned, finally getting up at 4.15 to work.
  9. Howling wind and rain: a night to be snuggled under the covers.
  10. Tried watching "Twilight" during my workout, but couldn't take more than 40 min. of adolescent angst, sullen stares, and pretty pouts. Icky.
  11. Good-bye NYC--till next time!
  12. Feeling old: a girl in line at the TYKTS booth off Times Square asked me what "Hair" is about (answer: singing, dancing hippies?).
  13. @4everequine Thanks! It was super.
  14. "South Pacific" certainly deserves all the accolades. Discovered Magnolia Bakery on our way back: world's best cupcakes!
  15. At Lincoln Center watching the splendid revival of "South Pacific." Glutting myself on musicals this weekend.
  16. Korean food regret.
  17. Overheard in Time's Square from another guy hawking Obama condoms: "Buy one and stimulate more than the economy!"
  18. Terrific Bauhaus exhibit at MOMA. Now off in search of Korean food.
  19. Off to MOMA this am and, then, who knows--perhaps more theatre :)
  20. And the best handmade soba noodles ever at a little Japanese cafe near the Village. Does it get any better?
