  2. "Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen!"
  3. They saw that the large stone had been rolled away. They entered the tomb, saw young man in a white robe and they were alarmed.
  4. Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices to anoint the body. After sunrise, they went to the tomb. Mk 16:1ff
  5. Joseph went to Pilate and asked for Jesus’ body. He took down the body, wrapped it in linen, placed it in a tomb and closed it with a stone.
  6. Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last.

  12. Judas appeared with a crowd armed with swords and clubs. Going at once to Jesus, Judas said, “Rabbi!” and kissed him. Mk 14:43ff
  13. Going a little farther, he fell to the ground and prayed: “Abba, Father, take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.”
  14. They went to a place called Gethsemane. Jesus said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.” He began to be deeply distressed and troubled.
  15. When they had sang a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. Mk 14:26
  16. He took the cup, gave thanks, he gave it to them. “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many,” he said to them.
  17. While they were eating, Jesus took bread. When he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “Take it; this is my body.”
  18. While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.”
  19. Jesus’ disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” Mk 14:12
  20. Judas went to the chief priests to betray Jesus. They were delighted and promised him money. So he watched for an opportunity. Mk 11:10
