  1. Google Wave first impression: So the "settings" screen is a wave? Really guys? You don't think you've over-generalised just a tad?
  2. @matthewwilkes Weird case. Isn't this what Britain's common law is meant to deal with? To say there is no defence in law sounds wrong.
  3. @blacktar At least buy it dinner first.
  4. IRC #thingstodowhilstwaitingforunittests
  5. Twitter #thingstodowhilstwaitingforunittests
  6. @natea The British, Natural History and V&A museums are all very good.
  7. @fschulze To steal the sheep, no doubt.
  8. @djay75 And so easy to implement. @spamsch, why don't you write a package to provide this feature? Drop me a mail if you want hints.
  9. @Feneric That recipe + 2.2.4 is working for me. I had to nuke old lxml eggs after SL upgrade.
  10. Stating the obvious and getting reprimanded? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/... :)
  11. @matthewwilkes I'll have one, why not.
  12. @sggottlieb Or numbers. My system's usability is seven points better than yours, dammit
  13. @MacYET I think you'd be happier if you learned to ignore people who annoy you. Some people are hopeless. Do they need to be told so?
  14. I bought car insurance on Friday the 13th. Is this a good thing?
  15. How many of these are you guilty of? http://bit.ly/2aKnMs (via @jonstahl)
  16. @__gotcha I also think client-side plugins maybe be YAGNI when we have jQuery.
  17. @__gotcha The biggest problem is perceived (end-user) speed. KSS slows down Plone. That is a big issue.
  18. @__gotcha KSS's premise of "return instructions from server-side" is a good model for many use cases. Better jQuery integration would rock.
  19. @esteele Right, the best argument for "more jQuery" is that it has much bigger mindshare, plugins from elsewhere.
  20. @MattBowen Except the important one: mindshare? :-)
