  9. Worked the PLCB system and found an amazing deal on a '98 Jean Grivot Vosne Romanee. Sinister pairing with sushi!
  10. @GFPhilly Most all sushi can be produced as wheat free. Its' the joy of wheat fee soy. All of our locations can accomodate wheat allergies!
  11. Featuring this week: Monkfish bouilliabaisse wrapped in bacon. Monkfish season has produced some beautiful fish!

  13. Whoa! Went through 5 lbs. of Wagyu beef in a week... Getting more for the weekend! Next up...Monkfish!
  14. Just got Kuroge Wagyu Beef in from Kagoshima, Japan, not sure if we've tasted a better beef! Perfect as sushi!
  15. Featuring a 12 hour sous-vide crispy pork belly tonight with a apricot-miso teriyaki, tasted like cake if a cake tasted like bacon!
  16. Just tasted the staff on a 1999 Domaine Joseph Matrot Meursault, drinking very well, loads of toffee and nice minerally acid!
