Increasing the sample rate in sound device properties cures this, but at 44.1kHz, Win7 audio is crackly (every 10 secs or so). Very odd.

Does anyone on Win7 get crackling audio playback when using non-ASIO audio (eg. Spotify, playing mp3s, video)? ASIO is flawless.
