  1. Just two more posts to go until I reach post 1000. Not sure how to mark my first 4 digit post number. Any suggestions?
  2. I've been back in Northern Virginia since early Wednesday morning. Lots of flight delays flying east. Did not see my bed until 2 AM!
  3. Scenery to die for, literally, in Rocky Mountain National Park. One bad turn and you and your car can careen down the side of the mountain.
  4. 2 nights in Laramie, Wyoming, a pleasant city containing Wyoming's only public university. Tonight we rest in Estes Park, Colorado.
  5. Buffalo, Wyoming is the Mayberry of the West. Not to be missed. Occidental Hotel is a hotel and a museum. Nary a Wal-Mart in site.
  6. There is a lot to like and to see is SD's Black Hills. Today we saw Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial and Jewel Carvens, all excellent.
  7. Two pleasant days with my brother and sister in law in Boulder, CO are almost over. SD's Black Hills await.
  8. A 90 minute departure delay meant a 6 hours between flights in Atlanta. We will get in so late to Denver we will need an airport hotel.
  9. Would you rather have the government deciding if you should live or die or your insurance company? At least our government is democratic.
  10. @Snarkypants Terri and I leave for Denver tomorrow too. Will spend a couple days with brother Tom in Boulder. Do you have extra time?
