  1. Pretty cool to see @duffomelia handling @spreedly support so deftly. Finding competent co-founders is super critical to venture success!
  2. That's a first! Zapping the PRAM actually fixed a problem. I thought it was just for clueless techs to use when real options were exhausted.
  3. Guess I'm not the only one who's thought this when going through airport security: http://xkcd.com/651/
  4. A combination of script/console and ActiveRecord::Base#find_each just saved me a lot of time. Four years in and I still ♡ Rails.
  5. @austintaylor I knew that looked funny! Thanks - all fixed.
  6. @itsuperhero I dunno, OS X hasn't crashed on me in over a year but Windows on the same hardware has crashed 3+ times in the past week alone.
  7. RT @spreedly: Price cut! Say hello to our new flat fees: http://bit.ly/63h5T
  8. So, the @spreedly Kickstarts are over half sold out: http://spreedly.com/info/ki.... Upcoming announcement may drain them quickly...
  9. @jimmythrasher The Wake Zone seems to be the popular place.
  10. Happy birthday @itsuperhero! I hope Windows is nice to you today ;-)
  11. I just got a hand-delivered plate of warm chocaroons with a cold glass of milk on the side. Yes, @mrskatie spoils me and yes, she's taken.
  12. @seancribbs indeed it would. Unfortunately it just ain't that simple.
  13. @isaachall yup! Don't really need a Windows machine, but would love to have a place to play with Linux.
  14. @objo not straight up sales training, but rather Customer Development Training a la @sgblank's "Four Steps to the Epiphany".
  15. @capotej nope, that definitely doesn't work. ISO images aren't directly bootable off of USB media.
  16. @duwanis I don't think you can simply copy the contents of an iso onto a usb stick - wouldn't be bootable.
  17. @abedra whew. I'm not going crazy. I'm both happy and very, very sad.
  18. FYI I *can* get Linux on a USB stick, but I have to fire up a Windows or Linux VM. Which says something about DIY-heavy Linux culture.
  19. @abedra I looked everywhere for a UNR img file. Where is it hiding?
  20. @duwanis not easily without setting up and booting into a Windows or Linux VM.
