  4. while it is true #comcast is listening via Twitter, etc., problem is it doesn't do much to improve quality of service or lack thereof. #fail
  5. finally, after many hours of service disruption, #comcast digital TV is working as it should, there's nothing on to watch & its past bedtime
  6. #comcast does *not* care about their customers or if they're receiving quality service they pay hefty prices for, only about its profits ...
  7. I'm paying for high priced #comcast digital cable TV service I can't even view due to frequent service interruptions w/ off & on signal ...
  8. have not found status page for #comcast digital cable TV yet, if such exists; would think they'd have such easy to find on Comcast Website

  10. after Googling for terms 'Comcast status', found status page, yet only for online services it seems & not a lot detail, nor updated recently
  11. current #vt #comcast service disruption has lasted for over 3 hours & is still ongoing; seems to happen at least once a week or so. #fail
  12. this may help cut down on hundreds of #comcast customers needing to call, wait & go thru long process just to find out its an outrage, etc.
  13. in addition, it would help if #comcast also had feature on status pages for one to report service disruption/problems in area to Comcast ...
  14. #comcast ..., at least when one's Internet service is working anyway. this is what other service providers do: e.g., #twitter & #blogger
  15. then, if #comcast had system in place to automatically log general service disruptions/problems when calls starting for an area, it may help
  16. e.g., #comcast could create main page like status.comcast.net & then one could put in one's zip code (which helps if one doesn't have phone)

  20. finally got a #comcast rep, who sent signal to digital cable TV box, but did nothing to resolve issue; transfered me to someone higher up...
