  3. For as much trouble as I've always had on the phone w/ Comcast customer service, their online support is freaking awesome.
  4. @ComcastBonnie Thanks... I'm online w/ a customer service rep right now to get my primary account sorted out to disable it :-)
  5. Comcast's "Domain Helper Service" is incredibly unhelpful, and I can't seem to disable it. Grr!
