  1. Massive Black has done it again: http://tinyurl.com/qnyxzw Check out this sweet vid by Jason Chan on painting with style.
  2. #movie Taken. Liam Neeson being a good daddy, beating the hell out and killing swarms of people. In a word: awesome.
  3. 100 updates! Woo!
  4. #movie My Neighbor Totoro. Wonderful, happy, gleeful. My nostalgia is satisfied.
  5. #movie RocknRolla. Tries to be a little more clever than it really is, but entertaining all the same.
  6. #movie The Watchmen. Perhaps it's merely my fandom of the book speaking, but I thought this was great. Very true to the source.
  7. #movie The Wrestler. Utterly depressing and entirely inspiring.
  8. I realize now that Google knows, basically, more about me than anyone else on this planet.
  9. Perhaps I should update this thing more. Perhaps.
  10. BOOK: Understanding Comics. Great little book with some very interesting and enlightening thoughts on comics and their great potential.
  11. It's RISD time, once again. Feels good to be back here, though I know I'm going to be missing home like crazy. It just ain't the same here.
  12. MOVIE: London to Brighton. A dark, horrible, vile look at the world's underbelly, and the occasional glimmer of humanity found there.
  13. MOVIE: Wanted. A very fun, exhilarating, and entirely sweet movie. A decent plot connects the numerous awesome action sequences. Very cool.
  14. Little is better than a day of rain after a long, dry season.
  15. I've discovered "Ubiquity." And frankly, it's pretty darn cool. I look forward to seeing what they can do with this neat technology.
  16. MOVIE: Redbelt. A refreshing take on an old genre.
  17. MOVIE: Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. Mediocre movie, I suppose, but with some rather cool visual concepts.
  18. MOVIE: Pursuit of Happyness. Thoroughly enjoyable movie. Inspirational overcoming of seemingly impossible obstacles.
  19. MOVIE: Hancock. Hilarious at times, moving at times. A good, though perhaps not great, movie.
  20. MOVIE: Charlie Bartlett. A surprisingly witty and thoughtful coming-of-age comedy on the vain attempts to fit in in the teenage years.
