@ BIS is pretty good *all things considered*. Rogers SMS isn't bad, though it can get laggy. I have a sat phone for when things die :P

Apple denies up and down doing an archive and reinstall on my laptop, despite the fact my kernel and many settings were blown away. Sucks!

Apple fixed my Macbook Air, replaced the logic board they fried and replaced the display with latest panel. All to fix the hinge. Fast tho!
