I used Artisanal's cheeseclock: Chevrot, Brie de Nangis, Prima Donna, & Valdeon. Made fig spread [ha] + olives + pears + rosemary bread.

Figs were a win: manchego, fig spread w/almonds=wow, bresaola w/chermoula was so-so & cannellini beans were standard yum [all tartines].
