  1. @worldteaexpo I don't know them personally. I saw the post on LinkedIn on the I Heart Tea group.
  2. @LindseyAtVeeTea I've had some good bubble tea. The problem is most of it is made with powders - milk powder and other stuff. Foul tasting.
  3. @worldteaexpo Have you checked out the Law of Tea website? http://www.lawoftea.com
  4. Just updated my profile on Sanzui. Now, it's much more like Facebook, but for tea lovers.
  5. @CompletelyTea Thanks. Just anoter step along in getting a book actually published. Now wait until next week to hear more news.
  6. I'm now officially an agented author.
  7. Work on yet another manuscript. Just heard from the publisher. Have to wait another week for more news from the publisher and my agent.
  8. Check out tea in Chinese television series (茶是故乡浓) on Youku: http://bit.ly/3dG6Ft
  9. Just finished formatting new book proposals into more digestibile format. Let's hope the agent can use it.
  10. Now working on book marketing. The work never ends...
  11. I need to find a literary agent.
  12. If you haven't heard, check out BoA. Best songs I ever heard. It's what I listen to when I have tea and write. http://boaamerica.com/
  13. BoA's songs are so cool. That's all I listen to now. Chae Yeon is good too.
  14. Now officially writing for an audience of 1. Yes! Hope I can expand readership.
  15. @GongfuGirl Thanks for vote of confidence. I'll have to send MS to friends to get their opinion. May change it to mag articles instead too.
  16. Wondering if a scholarly manuscript on the word "tea" is worth publishing? Who would read that?
  17. Now working on the manuscript for a third tea book. It's a shorter, 20,000 word book, but packed with info on the origins of the word "tea".
  18. @marshafriedman BTW Internet Censorship isn't all that bad. It doesn't affect internet experience. Many Chinese sites have same services.
  19. @marshafriedman I've been there; and know what that's like. But there are ways to get around it if you're really determined.
  20. Still trying to get Photography Reproduction Rights for my tea book. Have the contracts, just need a few details from the publisher.
