  16. @Octane In fairness, I think they know how precious good jobs are but many are incapable of being offered one. Just hopeless.

  18. @Chocolat_a_toi Yes. Two very good candidates (out of 9) but some that were hopeless frankly. No prep, no presence, no personality, no idea!
