  14. okay, someone has been doing major call centre training. I've had GREAT experiences with banks (ANZ and Kiwibank) and the IRD recently!!!

  17. @clairehurman I think December would be okay in Hokkaido, and in western Japan Alps - Hakuba area. Powder is best in Hokkaido!
