  3. SL reinstalled -- getting ready to use Migration Assistant ... enjoying snazzy SL intro.

  5. disk utility says it can't repair my disk and i should reformat. However, it appears to have more info about the disk now. Will try again.
  6. mac not booting this morning. Strangely, bootcamp partition seems fine. Running disk utility. Hopefully trip to apple store not needed. :-(

  16. discovered a change made in January that is causing issues now. Talk about long-feedback loops due to no tests.
  17. the iPhone app can't be modified quickly enough, so we have to add legacy hooks into serverside.
  18. in the process of trying to get an old non-test-protected iPhone client to work with newly deployed server side code.
  19. @Vleet I've used JPA + Spring -- quite easy to test - be sure to include in your tests validation against a live DB to confirm mappings,etc.
  20. @CharlieClose After 6 months, we launched an updated app to production. Next step, more frequent deployments.
