@ haven't benchmarked on windows, ATM on linux, I wouldn't go with less than what the LINK has (AMD sempron 140 2.7GHz).

@ until abobe improves flash, you'll need more cpu power to play hulu smootly, that's the weakness of the nettop solutions today
