  1. You can request that your domain be excluded from greylisting by sending e-mail to staff@netvista.net
  2. Installing an anti-spam technology known as greylisting. Servers we haven't seen before will be deferred for 5 minutes until proven safe.
  3. If you'd like to move your domain from our old server to the new webmail system with great spam trapping, contact webmaster@netvista.net
  4. We expect that removing the faulty RAM from our core servers has brought us back to the days of 100% uptime our customers are used to.
  5. It appears that bad RAM has been responsible for all the recent issues, despite that RAM passing a burn-in test.
  6. Some systems down due to power supply issue. ETR 30-60 min.
  7. We have been experiencing intermittent outages due to an unstable system. At this time all services appear to be stable.
  8. All services are now back online.
  9. Some services will be down briefly while we apply security patches.
  10. On 6/9 and 6/10, domains using our new spam filtering server experienced delayed delivery of email. As of 6/10 PM, these issues are fixed.
  11. Correction, the term should be "spooled", not "spooked".
  12. Email is now being spooked off the backup server and should stream in shortly if not caught up already.

  14. …cont) 208.96.42.10. (DNS for website resolution should not be impacted at all). Email is impacted but will be resolved shortly.

  16. We are currently migrating websites from an older server to new ones with web-based control panels, webmail, and upgraded junkmail filters.
